The company was founded in the early 1980s by Kazimierz Swierzko, specializing in the production of plastic and metal parts. The production of exhaust systems started with the Fiat 126p. In the 1990s, the production of exhausts for commercial vehicles (Star, Jelez, Liaz) began. During this period, the second factory was built. The development has been continuous ever since. The company is a supplier for semi-trucks (SOMMER, WELTON, FEBER), buses (SOLBUS, SOLARIS, AUTOSAN), construction machinery (VOLVO, HSW), trucks (JELEZ), tractors, and agricultural machines (PRONAR). In 2006, they obtained the ISO 9001:2000 certification.
