About UNIX Autó
The main activity of our company is the sale of aftermarket car parts, in which UNIX Autó is the market leader in Hungary. We provide professional customer service to our partners and we are constantly working to be more and more effective.
We are present in Hungary, Romania, and Slovakia, with more than 170 stores.
Our Budapest headquarters, logistics center, and stores together cover nearly 120,000 m?. Our company's total stock consists of more than 14 million parts.
From our logistics center in the 9th district of Budapest, we supply our stores several times a day. We deliver the ordered parts to our customers with our fleet of 2,000 vehicles. All our deliveries follow a pre-planned schedule, making our delivery system exceptionally fast, accurate, and reliable.
We use a unique IT infrastructure compared to the commercial sector, including a self-developed enterprise resource planning system and an car parts search software which make us highly innovative in the market.
Our employees can perform their daily work in a comfortable and high-quality work environment, and in our Budapest headquarter and Logistics Center, our own restaurant and café are also available to our colleagues - good coffee, sandwiches, traditional cuisine and healthy menu are also part of our offer.

About the application
Our job ads are public and they really list the expectations we need from you to fill the position successfully. To apply please click on the "Apply for the job" button.
In addition to entering your personal details on the application form, please fill in the required fields. These may vary from position to position, but it is important for us to get a picture of you.

The selection process
1. Pre-screening of uploaded applications:
Once your application is received by us, the HR staff responsible for that position will review it and compare it to our expectations for the position. She/he evaluates your application based on your resume and motivation letter - here we note: we actually do read your motivation letter as well.
We will notify you of our decision by email within 10 days of uploading your application.
If we invite you for an interview based on your CV, the following steps await you - depending on your position:
- Personal interview
- Skype interview
- Tests - professional / language / ability / personality
- Situational Judgement Test
The steps and elements of the selection process are tailored to the position and therefore vary from position to position.

If you apply to our Logistics Center, for a warehouse manual worker position:
You can choose the time to come to us for a group job interview. In this briefing you can listen to the details of warehouse keeper positions and also ask your questions from the HR and future team leader colleague.
The briefing concludes with a personal interview with an HR colleague and an on-site visit. If you are hired, the HR colleague will start your entry procedure.
For non-physical positions related to headquarters, stores, and the logistics center, you can expect the following steps:
2. Round I interview:
Our staff will contact you by phone to arrange an appointment. Within the framework of a personal meeting - or a Skype conversation - the HR colleague will have the opportunity to get to know your professional skills, personal motivation, as well as you can get a closer look at the tasks related to the position.
3. A II. round interview:
If the experience of the first interview is mutually positive, our staff will arrange a date for the next round by phone, at which the head of the department will also be present.
During the interview, depending on the position, personal or online tests (professional, language, on-site or ability tests) or Situational Judgement Test will take place.
4. Online personality test:
If you are applying for a management position or position related to our Headquarter, the selection process will be supplemented by completing an online personality test, You can do this at home or in anywhere else you can pay 30-40 minutes of undisturbed attention to it.
5. Requesting a reference from someone:
During the selection process, we may ask you to talk to one or two people who have experience working with you. This will help us make a good decision.
6. To complete the selection process:
If all goes well at the end of the selection process, you will receive a written financial offer from our Company to fill the position. If you accept our financial offer, we will initiate the process for your entry.
If we are unable to proceed with the selection process, we will notify you by email or telephone.
If, based on your professional experience and knowledge, we are unable to proceed to the applied position in the selection process, but would find you suitable for another open position, our HR staff will discuss with you whether you would participate in the selection process of the other position.
